Company rescue

Maître Benaïssi assists clients in the context of company rescue procedures, a major innovation of French Act No. 2005-845 of 26th July 2005 and the enforcement Decree, No. 2005-1677 of 28th December 2005, based on American law, whereby a debtor that has not yet suspended payments can anticipate problems before official administration / liquidation proceedings, thus increasing the chances of an ailing company actually recovering.
